When we met the doctor for the first time, he explained everything in simple manner and if we did not understand it, he took time to explain it.

Mr Mahgoub has always taken the time to listen and fully explain all treatments or concerns I have had. He always has time for me; I never feel as though I am being rushed. He has always gone out of his way to speak to me when he sees me when I am having my treatment. He even personally apologised to me when my treatment was late; which was not his fault. He has always explained things to my daughter who often comes with me and always asks after her when she’s not with me. I feel as though I am treated as an individual and not just someone on a list. My treatment always feels personal.

Dr Mahgoub is a very caring professional who takes time to listen to your questions and concerns however small they may be. He puts you at your ease immediately and talks to you in a way that you fully comprehend. A supportive Doctor who understands the difficult and challenging situation that the patient is going through.

Since transferring to Mohamed we have been delighted with the service we have received. We are made to feel important , all questions are answered considerately; most importantly we really feel he cares about providing us with the best treatment possible. So far he has always completed what he has said he will do. He took the trouble to query the decision of another medical professional and this resulted in a change of treatment. We are lucky to have a doctor in the family and he has responded fully to all her communications and involved her on the phone during consultations. This is the NHS at its best as far as we are concerned.
